Words Of Inspiration | The Fall Into Grace
Turning Your Impossible Into Possible
1 Peter 1:13 - Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the
grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ…
Dear Friends: If you are in what looks for all intents and
purposes to be an impossible situation, feeling hopeless, and ready to give, up I encourage you to rise up in
your inner man and turn to the Lord that you might find grace to help in time of need. You may be in the
greatest trial of your life but our God is able to deliver you. You may be facing untold heartache and loss,
leaving you broken, alone, searching for answers, and wondering if God is even aware you exist anymore.
Beloved, He is not only aware but is standing at the door of your heart waiting for you to invite Him in,
waiting for you to cry out to Him in your darkest hour that He might come and help you stand again. Roger
Housden puts it so profoundly in his following statement:
“When we fall utterly, something gathers us up. But our falling must be without reservation, without expectation,
without hope, though not hopeless. You can't plan that kind of falling. When you abandon yourself utterly to life,
the river will flow, and the log jam will free. Impossible is another word for grace. Who would've thought it, life
takes another turn, and you are gathered up into a whole different way of seeing and being.” Roger Housden
Yes, my friends, your life may be taking some unexpected turns but it is not the end, for God can give you a whole
different way of looking at the things and situations that may be causing you such pain. Often times our
perspective has become rather skewed and our peripheral vision narrowed by tunnel vision. At times we become so
introspective we are only able to see our failures and shortcomings rather than solutions. God is able to open our
life-flow again, to release the log jam, and by His grace and the light of His love, rays of hope will come
streaming back into your line of vision, and through faith in Him the darkness will fade. Just as Noah found grace
in the eyes of the Lord (Genesis 6:8) so do we. That is why we may be without hope in the
natural but we are not hopeless in actuality, for God gives grace to the humble and by His grace we are saved
through faith, and that not of ourselves, it is the gift of God (Ephesians
2:8).
So never give up, dear ones, for He can give you a whole new way of being. Just coming into His presence and
allowing yourself to feel His love can soften the harshness in your dark night of the soul. Just calling out to Him
in your midnight hour and feeling the warm embrace of His loving arms beneath your weary soul and broken spirit can
awaken you to a new and better way of living and loving. If your way is not working then look to Him for a whole
new way. The kingdom of God is within you and the Bible promises in the word of God are for “whosoever will”.
Whosoever will may come and whosoever will may partake of His great and precious promises. May that be you
today!
Yes, the spiritual journey is the most blessed part of life. Scripture gives us words of hope, common words made
holy by the Holy Spirit. Living by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ changes our impossible into possible. His grace
is freely given to all who ask Him into their hearts. Precious ones, know today that the promises in scripture are
in essence words of inspiration, words to motivate you to trust in Him and deliver you from the deepest of pits. He
is not only willing and able, Jesus died to save us. Jesus died that we might have life and have it more
abundantly. There is no greater love to be found this side of heaven. So I invite you to fall into that great grace
today. Abandon yourself utterly to the great life He has in store for you, and hope to the end for the grace that
is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. Go with His flow and receive a whole new way of seeing
and being.
Grace and peace be multiplied unto you!
